A TEN WEEK RESEARCH PROGRAM FOR UNDERGRADUATES AT ONE OF EUROPE’S LEADING RESEARCH CENTERS IN NEUROBIOLOGY, STRUCTURAL BIOLOGY, CELL BIOLOGY, DISEASE AND DEVELOPMENT AND GENE REGULATION. 

El VI Congreso de Investigación Biomédica (CIB 2018) que tendrá lugar en Febrero en la Facultad de Medicina y Odontología de la Universidad de Valencia convoca el Concurso de Comunicaciones Orales y Pósteres en la que se invita a participar a los estudiantes que estén desarrollando tareas de investigación ya sea en forma de Alumno, Becario de Colaboración, Estudiante de Posgrado o Máster.

La Fundación Científica AECC concede ayudas financieras para fomentar el incremento de la capacitación profesional de especialistas médicos de toda España a través de la formación en distintos ámbitos de la oncología.

La convocatoria Clínico formación AECC - alumnos 2018 pretende ayudar al desarrollo de programas formativos en oncología que cumplan con los objetivos estratégicos de la Fundación Científica AECC.

The University of Liverpool offers a PhD in Mechanisms controlling gene expression in hypoxia and inflammation at the Institute of Integrative Biology, for EU/UK students with a minimum of 2:1 final grade B. Sc. Honours degree, or equivalent. Starting date: October 2018.

PHD POSITIONS IN CANCER RESEARCH

The German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) in Heidelberg invites international students holding a Master’s degree in (molecular) biology, (bio-)chemistry, (bio-)physics, computational biology, computer science, epidemiology/ public health studies and related subjects to apply for the International PhD Program.

This is an excellent opportunity for Master Degree students who are seeking further research in the areas of basic, translational, computational and epidemiological cancer research.

The International Mentor Program IMP is an initiative of the International Mentoring Foundation for the Advancement of the Higher Education (IMFAHE) and some other Spanish Universities. The Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM) will participate during the academic year 2017/18 in the IMP-Medicine program as a result of the agreement signed with the IMFAHE.

This call is for those Master Degree´s students who want to study abroad during the second semester of the academic course 2017-18. The stay will consist of 5 months and includes the possibility of carrying out the TFM.

The application period is active from September 25th to October 4th 2017.
