Biosensors in Neuroscience

We study the effect of different drug candidates in models of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis with several techniques using luminescent Quantum Dots to decippher the molecular alteration exerted by the drugs. Among others we perform immunofluorescence experiments, flow cytometry and study the exovesicles of a collection of lymphoblasts from patients.
