Switchable light emission on engineered proteins

We will use molecular biology to engineer proteins with switchable light emission. In particular, we will engineered artificial proteins in which light induces conformational changes. For this, we will combine DNA cloning, bacterial transformation and protein expresión. Besides, we will use spectroscopic techniques such as absortion, fluorescence and circular dichrosism to evaluate the produced conformational changes.
