DESCRIPTION OF THE OFFER
Obtaining and characterization of φ29 thermoresistant mutants
The φ29 DNA polymerase has characteristics as very high processivity, strand displacement capacity and high fidelity that have made of this polymerase a very useful tool in DNA amplification. We are interested in obtaining thermoresistant mutants to improve its activity at temperatures of 40 ºC or higher.
