Groups of Systems Biotechnology

The objective of this TFM is to applied advanced protein engineering tools to develop a new generation of enzymatic catalysts starting from a variety of native enzymes obtained by genomics and metagenomics. The TFM will allow taking experience in molecular biology, protein expression, purification and characterization and biotechnology.
