Ingeniería Celular/Cell Engineering

The project is entitled: Metabolic modification contribution to cellular reprogramming and oncogenic transformation. The TFM will focus on the development of iPSC cells and oncogenic foci from specific patients´ blood cells, thus techniques of cellular reprogramming, cell transfection, cell culture, differentiation and immunofluorescence will be tought and used. Then, isolation of mRNA and RNAseq will be peformed to compare the processes of cell reprogramming and oncogenic transformation in the same patient. For this purpose techniques of flow cytometry, mRNA isolation and RNAseq will be used.
