Human Genotyping Unit-CeGen

Our group is interested on the identification of predictive biomarkers for precision medicine, in particular in cancer. Association studies involving the large-scale analysis in thousands of patients can help us to identify genes underlying complex diseases, such as cancer, and drug response. There are several ongoing projects that could be of interest to Master's students. .
