DESCRIPTION OF THE OFFER

Exosomes are nanovesicles formed by inward budding of the limiting membrane of late endosomes. The exosomes accumulate into multivesicular bodies (MVBs). The stimulation of cells induces the fusion of  the MVBs with the plasma membrane and the secretion of exosomes. Our aims are: 1) To gain insights into the mechanisms by which T lymphocytes control the polarised traffic of MVBs towards the immune synapse and regulate the secretion of exosomes. 2) To establish the role of proapoptotic exosomes in cytotoxicity.
