DESCRIPTION OF THE OFFER

1. Characterization of Diacylglycerol Kinase inhibitors as potentiators of antitumoral T cell responses. The project will made use of different approaches using cell lines and genetically modified mice to evaluate the activity of recently characterized DGK inhibitors.

2. Validation of the sorting nexin 27 interactome and its contribution to the organization of the immune synapse. Usign proteomic approaches the laboratory has recently identified proteins that interact with SNX2 during immune synapse formation. The project will focus in validation of the interactions using transfection and immunoprecipitation approaches, confocal image analysis and pull down assays.
